The questions we’d ask.
- Why is upload the only thing you count?
- Because it is the only thing that costs us more when you use more of it. Couples, bookings, team members, edit rooms and deliveries are unlimited on every plan — metering them would just be a lever to make you upgrade. And we count what you upload, not what you have stored: your bill should not grow every year for films nobody is opening.
- What happens when I use up the ShootPal Studio allowance?
- Nothing breaks, nothing is deleted, and no delivery goes offline — the allowance is upload, so it only bites the next time you publish. Top up with a pack (50 GB £30, 100 GB £55, 500 GB £225) and it lasts a year, or wait for the annual reset.
- Do I pay to keep old deliveries online?
- No. Storage is uncapped and free — there is no per-gigabyte charge for media already delivered, and nothing is ever deleted for being old.
- Do I need the CRM to get delivery?
- Yes. The plans are one ladder — ShootPal Studio is everything below it plus delivery — because the whole point is that a couple has one link from their enquiry to their film. If you are happy with the CRM you already have and only want the delivery half, say so on the waitlist form and we will count you.
- What does “in beta” mean in the table?
- That the feature is built or building, and is not yet live and stable for studios other than us. It is on the page because you are paying for where this is going, and it is marked because you should know which is which.
- Can I move between plans?
- Up or down, whenever, and your data comes with you. Dropping from a delivery plan does not delete anything — your deliveries archive and come back when you return.
