Every plan
ShootPal CRMRun the whole studio from one record.
Enquiries, quotes, contracts, invoices and the wedding calendar, all attached to the couple they belong to. One place to look, instead of six apps and a memory of which one you put it in.
Built by filmmakers who shoot every weekend
The CRM and delivery platform built for wedding filmmakers and photographers — so the story never gets lost between the inbox, the edit suite and the invoice.
An illustration of the ShootPal booking board for a studio called Northlight Films. Four columns — Enquiry, Quote sent, Booked and Filming — hold cards for each couple. A new enquiry from Ellie & Marcus arrives in the first column and moves across to Quote sent and then to Booked.
The problem
None of them talk to each other. Every couple’s journey — enquiry to contract to wedding day to finished film — gets stitched together by hand, from memory, under deadline.

A sticky note
the wedding-day timeline
We built ShootPal because we were doing exactly this. 21Frames is a working wedding film studio, and it was the first one to run on it.
Enquiry to paid
The enquiry becomes the quote, the quote becomes the contract, the contract becomes the invoice. One record, four documents, no re-entry.
An illustration of one booking moving from quote to payment inside ShootPal. A quote for Ellie & Marcus totalling £2,850 is sent, then a contract is signed by both partners, then a deposit invoice of £570 is issued on the studio's own numbering with the balance of £2,280 scheduled, and finally the deposit is marked paid.
The edit they can watch happen
The Edit Room is where a couple sees their film take shape — and where their notes land somewhere you can actually work from. Included with ShootPal Edit and up.
An illustration of the ShootPal Edit Room as a couple sees it. Ellie & Marcus are watching Cut 2 of their wedding film, currently at the Colour grade stage. A comment from Ellie is pinned to the timeline at 00:01:12, reading: "Could we hold on Mum's face here a beat longer? It's my favourite frame of the whole day." A before-and-after slider compares the ungraded and graded picture.
The couple leaves a comment pinned to the exact timecode. You open the room and see where they meant, not a paragraph describing where they meant.
There is no round two attachment and no confusion about which cut is current. The room is the cut, and it updates in place.
Stage, progress and what's next — so the months between the wedding and the film stop feeling like silence.
The film in their hands
Most delivery tools were built for prints and stretched to fit video. ShootPal Studio is built the other way round — from the couple's side of the screen, for the moment they first press play.
An illustration of a ShootPal Studio delivery page. Ellie & Marcus receive The Wedding Film, running 18:42, split into chapters: Morning, The ceremony, Speeches, First dance. A download panel offers the full film in 4K, a social cut, and the photographs.
Under your studio’s name, with full-resolution downloads, no watermarks and no expiry date on the link. You pay to upload what you deliver — never to keep it online.
Everything in the box
One system, from the first enquiry to the finished film — and each part says which plan it arrives with.
Every plan
Enquiries, quotes, contracts, invoices and the wedding calendar, all attached to the couple they belong to. One place to look, instead of six apps and a memory of which one you put it in.
The couple watches their cut, leaves a comment pinned to the timecode, and approves it when it's right. One link, one version, no guessing which round of notes is current.
Edit RoomShootPal Edit and up
One page the couple keeps and shares, branded as your studio — not a download link that quietly expires the month they finally get round to it.
StudioShootPal Studio
Expenses, mileage, subscriptions and second-shooter payouts against each booking — so you know what a wedding actually paid you, not what you invoiced for it.
BooksEvery plan
Their quote, their contract, what they've paid and what's left, all under your branding — so they stop emailing you to ask, and you stop digging for the answer.

Templates that fill themselves in from the booking, signed separately by each of them, then locked and timestamped. No printer, no scanner, no third reminder.
