These terms cover this website and the early access list on it. They are not the terms of the ShootPal product — those will be published before anyone can subscribe.

Joining the list is not a purchase

Adding your details to the early access list is a request to be notified when beta spots open. It is not a purchase, an order, a subscription, or a contract. No payment details are collected anywhere on this site, and nothing is charged. You are free to say no when we get in touch, and free to ask to be removed from the list at any time.

Beta pricing

Studios who subscribe during the beta keep the price they signed up at for as long as their subscription stays active. If our published prices rise later, that increase does not apply to them. If a subscription is cancelled and started again afterwards, it restarts at the price current at that time.

What is on this site

ShootPal is still being built. The prices, features and screens described here are our current plan, not a guarantee — the prices in particular are not yet final, and every product screen on this site is a drawn illustration rather than a photograph of finished software — each one says so beneath it. We will not surprise anyone who has joined the list: if something material changes, we will say so when we get in touch.

Availability

This is a marketing site with no login and no stored account. We make no promise that it is available uninterrupted, and we may change or take down any page on it.
